Anderson.Paak – Airbender Ft. Cordae

The word makes most people picture someone who can move wind with their hands, and that image alone says a lot. Control over something invisible is a strong idea. You cannot hold air, yet it can lift a kite, cool a hot afternoon or knock down a roof in a storm. To call yourself a bender of it is to claim a quiet kind of power.

In everyday life, that feeling shows up in people who handle pressure without shouting about it. You know the type. The friend who walks into a tense meeting and the room slowly changes because of how they carry themselves. Airbender could easily point to that sort of calm authority.

This one is on the album Heavy Is The Crown, with Cordae sharing the credit. Anderson.Paak is known as a drummer who became a frontman, so a title built around rhythm of movement, breath and flow feels like a natural fit for him.

Anyone who likes a title with a little imagination will appreciate it, especially on a long ride when you want your mind to wander somewhere playful.
