The whole phrase sounds like a person who has run out of pride at the end of a long night, standing at a door and asking somebody not to go. Nigerians would call that moment desperation with dignity.

Having BigXThaPlug on the record adds a second voice to the situation, and a guest on a song like this can mean two sides of the same feeling or two different people dealing with the same loss.
